The Stray Kids star revealed that he thought the newer generation feels more relaxed about the custom of greeting people.

I’m not like cussing people out or anything, but I feel like I’m thinking too much about it because if you see someone walk by, you say Hello, then if they don’t reply back, you’d be like, ‘What the…okay.’ But I feel like it’s come to the point where this generation is allowed to do that, just not care, if that’s right.

Bang Chan then added that he himself had experienced a few occasions where people hadn’t greeted him back. While sharing his thoughts on the matter, the idol also wondered if he was “overthinking” the issue. Even though the comments were full of fans asking him to reveal the names of those people, Bang Chan refused to do so, saying that there could be reasons why they didn’t return his greetings.

I’m not going to say names, but I guess some people that I don’t know, I guess it’s like that. Maybe that could be the reason why, because there’s no connection. Maybe, they could’ve been shy or nervous.
