Part of being an idol is frequently changing up your look. From bleaching her hair blonde to dyeing it black, TWICE‘s Jihyo has done it all within a short time.
When considering how much she styles her hair for schedules, Jihyo admitted her “hair condition isn’t the best.” However, she found a way to help keep it as healthy as possible.
She received a gift from someone that was a “game changer.” It was Oribe‘s Gold Lust Repair & Restore Conditioner, priced at $56 USD. Jihyo understood the price was expensive, specifically the $196 USD size she was gifted, but it was worth every penny.
Based on the state of Jihyo’s hair from all the bleach and dye, the conditioner hydrated it enough to keep it as healthy as chemically-treated hair can be. She said, “But if your hair is dry and brittle like mine, I highly recommend trying it.”
The conditioner treatment seems to be working since Jihyo’s hair looks so shiny and silky in her latest Instagram updates.
Because idols don’t have a say in what happens to their hair for promotions and schedules, Jihyo is taking care of it the best she can.
