TWICE‘s Japanese sub-unit MISAMO has finally made their debut, and it was everything fans hoped for and more! The members sang a powerful anthem about consent while using art as a metaphor, titling it “Do Not Touch.”
In no particular order, here are 5+ scenes in the music video that are nothing short of a masterpiece.
1. The Art References
Everything about this MV is beautiful, and some of the best scenes are the ones where they took inspiration from actual art pieces.
2. The *Almost* Kiss
Sana and Momo made everyone do a double take when they grabbed each other and went in for a kiss…well, almost.
3. The Head Pieces
Whoever thought of this glamorous and very extra head piece deserves a raise! Majestic is an understatement.
4. Mina’s Back Shot
Next, Mina made fans’ jaws drop when a close-up of her wearing a backless dress was shown. She was elegant and sexy all at once.
5. The Statue Poses
MISAMO became a work of art themselves in this scene where they stood up high and posed like a statue. With their unbelievable visuals, they almost looked unreal!
6. The Fade Into A Painting
Last but not the least, the “Do Not Touch” MV ended in the best way possible—a shot of the members fading into a beautiful painting, which was hung in a gallery.
These glorious scenes are proof that the album title, Masterpiecewas perfectly named!
