Where Is She Now? Here’s What “Street Woman Fighter” Dancer NOZE Has Been Up To Since Her Scandal

A lot happened behind the scenes.

When dance competition Street Woman Fighter aired on Mnet in 2021, it quickly became one of the hottest shows of the year. Viewers were captivated by the competitors’ impressive dance skills and charming personalities. Out of all the contestants, one person gathered a lot of attention—LEGS (stylized NO:ZE.)

The WAYB member stunned people with her talent and beauty, quickly becoming one of the most popular dancers in Korea. However, a scandal set her career back big time.

In July 2022, media outlets reported that NOZE had deleted sponsored posts of smaller brands to create a “luxurious” image of herself on social media. Several brands who have worked with her came forward to say that she deleted all the posts they paid her to upload.

  • Our sponsored picture is no longer on Noze’s social media platforms. She deleted all of them. We spent thousands of dollars per post, but they were not uploaded on the requested date. Noze’s representatives said it was due to her personal reasons. It is frustrating as we can’t keep waiting.
  • After a short while, the picture was deleted.

The question now is, “What has NOZE been up to since then?” Since the scandal, she has kept a low profile on Instagram, only uploading one set of photos in December.

Professionally, the dancer has sued her label, Starting Housefor allegedly not being paid since April of last year. She has also requested from the judge that her contract be nullified.

NOZE has not been for several months since April of last year. Because of this, eventually, in November, we asked that the courts nullify her contract with the label, and we filed another lawsuit to ensure that the contract was terminated.

In response, Starting House asked the court to dismiss the injunction. They explained that the reason for the delayed payments is due to the break out of her controversy last year.

In the first half of last year, we didn’t finalize the profit distribution ratio (between the label and NOZE). When we did finalize the ratio, her social media controversy broke out, and we were busy handling that. The controversy could have led to contract terminations and large settlement fees. After this controversy was settled, we deposited the money. NOZE doesn’t need to resume promotions urgently, and because she is the greatest at fault for the deterioration of the contract, we ask that you dismiss the injunction.
