Inclement weather wasn’t the only obstacle.
BTS‘s Jungkook returned to the Suchwita set to film another fun episode with Suga, and this time, he opened up more about his newly released solo debut album, GOLDEN, his plans for the future, and his fellow BTS members.
The episode was filmed before the official release of his album, but Jungkook’s solo promotions were already underway as he sat down with his hyung.
Suga wanted to know what it was like for the BTS maknae to promote overseas, including his Good Morning America (GMA) and BBC‘s Live Lounge performances. Suga added that he had heard about the unexpected rain he encountered during his GMA performance.
Jungkook shared that when he was preparing for his appearance on the show, it looked like it was going to rain, and there was a threat of thunderstorms, which would have required the gathered crowd to take shelter.
Due to the impending storm, Jungkook revealed he was rushed to perform, with the GMA staff giving him only a five-minute heads up before he was needed on stage.
In the rush, Jungkook further revealed that his rehearsal stage was canceled, causing him to go directly to pre-recording.
I was told I just had to start the pre-recording I was like, ‘Huh? What?’ And I wasn’t even feeling well then so I was kind of panicking.

While Jungkook was able to successfully film for Good Morning America, the live GMA summer concert was unfortunately canceled due to thunderstorms.
