What will change on January 1, 2026?

There is no regulation regarding the removal of the right of return for online shopping. by ministry of commerce to January 1, 2026 When the postponed regulation comes into force, if customers return the product they purchased online due to the right of withdrawal, shipping fee will have to pay. Customers will have to pay the shipping fee for arbitrary returns such as not liking the product or placing the wrong order. If defective goods or wrong products are sent, the shipping fee will be paid by the seller.
