Startups currently developing human-like robots generally focus on two main areas of use. The first of these warehouse automation. It is suggested that OpenAI’s new robotics initiatives could also benefit from efforts to develop custom AI chips. According to Reuters, OpenAI is working with Broadcom and TSMC on a type of custom chip. These chips can be optimized to run artificial intelligence software for human-like robots.
