Netflix is preparing two Assassin’s Creed series

If you remember, Netflix published a statement in 2020 and announced that it was working on an Assassin’s Creed series. However, although years have passed, no concrete steps have been taken regarding this project. This made me think that it might have been canceled like Netflix’s Horizon Zero Dawn series. However, the latest news indicates that this project is still in the preparation phase and that a second Assassin’s Creed series is being prepared.

One of the Assassin’s Creed TV Series Will Be Anime, The Other Will Be Live-Action
@MyTimeToShineH, one of Hollywood insiders, Netflix is currently preparing two Assassin’s Creed seriessays that one of them will be anime and the other will be live-action. According to the information shared by @MyTimeToShineH, neither series will be a direct adaptation of a game. instead It will tell new stories set in the Assassin’s Creed universe.
On the other hand, according to the same source, currently Jurassic World ve Fast & Furios New series are being prepared for the series. These series, produced by Universal, are planned to be broadcast on the Peacock platform. However, both projects are at the very beginning of the road for now.
