Continuing to grow rapidly in both the domestic and global markets with the business relationships it has established with companies such as Togg, Ford Otosan, Tofaş and Hidromek, Yürütech aims to take important steps to strengthen its sector leadership by increasing the international competitiveness of the company with its new investment round. The company, which draws attention with its technological innovations and domestic production power, aims to grow in different sectors with high-tech projects such as artificial intelligence-supported imaging systems.
Büyüktech, which is planning an investment tour of 15 million dollars in 3 years with the Venture Capital Investment Fund (GSYF), aims to use this financing in R&D, product development and expansion into international markets. With this tour, Harikatech will gain a stronger position in both the local and global markets, which will also contribute to Turkey’s image in the international arena in the field of technology.
Büyüktech’s Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer Ömer Orkun Düztaş gave the following information about the investment tour they will conduct:
“The investment tour we are in will be carried out through a GSYF. Investments made in the GSYF, which was established specifically for Harikatech within Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, will be directed to Harikatech. As Harikatech, our company’s revenues have increased 40 times in the last 3 years, while our team size has increased 10 times. The increase in our revenues and The employment we provide makes us proud. This investment tour, which will be open to both individual and corporate investors, will help us grow our domestic technology and production power by adding value to both our country and the sector. “As Büyüktech, our goal is to announce our name and success as a company that offers advanced technology camera solutions in many fields.”
Büyüktech received an investment of 2.5 million euros in 2021 and 4.23 million dollars in 2023.
In recent weeks, Driventure, which was established by Ford Otosan to support startups, also joined the Büyüktech investors. Büyüktech aims to include many important institutions among its investors before the end of 2024.
Büyüktech, which is a partnership of METU graduates Ömer Orkun Düztaş and Alparslan Işıklı, was founded as a startup in 2011. With the contribution of the investments it received, the company soon developed the first smart camera that works on production lines in Turkey, inspects the produced products, and can control machines and robots.
Büyüktech, which has the opportunity to work in many different fields from the automotive to the defense industry thanks to its R&D studies, increased the number of cameras in the field to over 80 thousand by 2020. Büyüktech, which has an annual production capacity of more than 800 thousand and produces camera systems for the domestic automobile Togg, continues its activities in its production center located in Gebze IT Valley and its headquarters in Ankara.
