Four models are being prepared
According to the information leaked by user @jaykihn0, in the series N355, N350, N250 ve N150 There will be four models named. These processors vary by model 4 or 8 cores will be. TDP values will be similar to the previous generation, but clock speeds will be increased by 100-200 MHz.
The model named Intel N150 will be the slowest processor of the series with 6W TDP and 2.9/3.6 GHz base/boost speed. Compared to Intel N100, there is a 200 MHz increase in turbo frequency. The integrated GPU will also have the same 24 EU, but the 750 MHz speed will increase to 1 GHz.
The N250 will bring a significant boost with a GPU speed of 1.25 GHz compared to 750 MHz on the N200. It is seen that the turbo clock speed has been increased by 100 MHz. In N350 and N355, there was a 100 MHz increase in boost clock speed and iGPU frequency.
These affordable processors from Intel will find a place in low-power computers such as mini PCs, embedded systems and NAS devices, as well as entry-level laptops.
