According to the shared leak, Intel has announced plans for the Intel Core Ultra 200U “Arrow Lake-U” series. Core Ultra 7 265U, Core Ultra 7 255U, Core Ultra 5 235U ve Core Ultra 5 225U It prepares four different processors: These will have TDPs of 12W, 15W and 28W respectively. If we start with the features, all models in the series come with 12 MB L3 cache, 12 cores and 14 threads.

The most interesting detail is that U series processors support Redwood Cove + P-Core and Crestmont Enhanced (CME) E-Core architecture. These are minor upgrades of the cores found in Meteor Lake chips. Therefore, the Arrow Lake U series processors will not feature newer Lion Cove or Skymont cores.
On the other hand, it has four processors. Speed up to 2100 MHz ve 4 Xe cores having a Xe-LPG iGPU will accompany. Let us remind you that this is based on the 1st generation Xe-LPG architecture. Intel Arrow Lake-U “Core Ultra 200U” CPU series planned for early next year CES 2025’te is expected to be introduced.
