FIFTY FIFTY has reportedly lost its first legal battle against ATTRAKT.
On August 28, Korean news outlet Hankyung reported that a judge had dismissed FIFTY FIFTY’s injunction to suspend its contract with ATTRAKT.
The news comes after a months-long legal dispute between the label and artist that saw allegations of poaching, conspiracy, and mistreatment that has mired the group’s growth into a stand-still.
