In the first data shared, emphasis is placed on the efficiency level of the model, which is expected to be called DS8. Accordingly, it was announced that the model, each body part of which was tested in the wind tunnel, offers a driving range of up to 750 km according to WLTP with a drag coefficient of 0.24 Cd. The range it offers only in highway use has been kept secret for now.

DS’s 100 percent electric model uses the STLA Medium platform, which also forms the infrastructure of Peugeot e-3008, e-5008 and Opel Grandland. This platform normally supports internal combustion engine configurations, but no information has been shared by the brand on this subject.

The car has a very dynamic design. At the front, thin Pixel Vision headlights are combined with vertical daytime running lights. At the bottom, there is an air intake with active covers. The body color is combined with glossy black running boards, bumpers and side mirrors, and on the side of the model, multi-spoke wheels with a dark design and hidden door handles attract attention.

At the rear of the electric DS, the roof line extending like an arc towards the tip stands out, and we see that there is a spoiler integrated into the body at the end point. This part contributes to the aerodynamic structure of the car and makes it look more sporty. 3D LED lights with a design compatible with the front lighting group are used on the edges.
