Although Suga and Lee Sung Min have 25 years between them, the two creatives were able to quickly find common ground while comparing their journey to fame.

Lee Sung Min is a decorated actor with multiple awards for acting in theatre, television, and film. Most recently, he captivated audiences with his portrayal of Jin Yang Chul on the acclaimed JTBC K-Drama Reborn Rich.

Before meeting the actor, Suga had discovered he and Lee Sung Min lived in the same neighborhood in Daegu, and Suga’s high school was behind the college Lee Sung Min attended.

Suga hoped to cross paths with him one day if BTS made it big, and now he is hosting the veteran actor on his own program.

During the episode, the two reflected on the challenges they overcame to become the household names they are today, and when asked if there is any dream Lee Sung Min still hopes to achieve, he shared that he’s achieved them all as an actor.

His only dream now is for his family to be healthy.

He specifically shared his hopes that his daughter would grow up well and marry a good man.

Suga laughed and revealed that he was all too familiar with those words and shared that his own dad frequently asks him, “when are you going to get married?

After Suga brought up the topic himself, ARMYs hilariously referenced the viral trend of fans asking, “Yoongi marry me.

Feeling encouraged by Suga’s dad’s push for his son to get married only encouraged ARMYs to want to continue the trend.

It seems that Suga can’t escape the “Yoongi marry me,” even with his own family.
