Batman movie The Brave and the Bold may be shelved

While there was already an ongoing Batman series, introducing a second Batman to the audience was a decision that was approached with suspicion from the very beginning. As a matter of fact, not much progress has been made in this project in the meantime. Recently, there has been talk that this project may be canceled altogether.

At just such a time, Andy Muschietti made a statement that would further fuel these rumors. The Brave and the Bold has been postponed Muschietti explained, so he said he might make another movie before moving on to it.

James Gunn Wants to Include Robert Pattinson’s Batman in the DCU

Although Andy Muschietti says that the movie has only been postponed, when we put this statement together with the recent news, we can say that this does not bode well for the project. According to information that has been circulating in Hollywood for a while, James Gunn will not introduce a second Batman. He wants to include Robert Pattinson’s Batman in his own cinematic universe. However, Matt Reeves, the head of The Batman series, is not keen on this idea.
