Currently, the Galaxy S24 Ultra model supports Wi-Fi 7. The plain Galaxy S24, the big-screen S24+ and the slightly more affordable S24 FE support Wi-Fi 6E because; The Exynos 2400/2400e chip that powers these phones does not support Wi-Fi 7.
Other Samsung devices that support WiFi; Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Interestingly, despite having the same Snapdragon chip as the Galaxy S24 Ultra globally, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 do not support WiFi 7. Samsung did not explain the reason for this.
WiFi 7 looks like it will be a standard feature on all Samsung’s flagship phones coming in 2025. However, according to FCC documents, Ultra wideband (UWB) support is limited to S25+ and S25 Ultra; so there will still be some differences in connection features.
