The device’s Optical Bio-signal Sensor is designed to closely monitor heart rate and overall fitness. The accelerometer can automatically track walks and runs. The Skin Temperature Sensor measures skin temperature changes throughout the night.
Easily integrated into Galaxy smartphones, the user can take a photo with his phone or turn off a ringing alarm by making the Double Squeeze Gesture while wearing the Galaxy Ring. It is also possible to track the location of the ring even when it is offline with the Find My Ring feature.
The price of the new smart ring in Türkiye was determined as 12,999.00 TL. Emphasizing that they worked very meticulously on the pricing of the watch, Murat Azdemir said, “Since wearable technologies are very new in our country, we had a very difficult process at the customs department. Since we brought such a device to Turkey for the first time, its taxation was determined for the first time. It was placed in the same tax bracket as smart watches.” he said.
