Bridge7, the production company founded by former Netflix executive Swati Shetty and her producing partner Grant Kessman, has acquired the sequel and TV adaptation rights to Slumdog Millionaire. For now, no steps have been taken regarding the TV series adaptation, but preparations have begun for the sequel.
The sequel of Slumdog Millionaire will focus on what Jamal Malik, whose interesting life story led to the million-dollar prize in the first movie, went through from now on.
Dev Patel, who played Jamal in the first movie, has now become an award-winning actor and director who is very selective about the projects he takes part in. Therefore, it is unlikely that he will take part in this sequel. In fact, it is generally thought that the team of the first film will not have much connection with this sequel. It remains unclear for now who will implement the new project.
Slumdog Millionaire, which won 8 Oscars in 2009, including Best Picture, was also successful at the box office, grossing $378.4 million worldwide.

Those lighting effects had to be on the top, not just on the sides. In this way, the person using the gun will have to tilt his head to the side and there will be no hernia.
