Vodafone FLEX, which was implemented by Vodafone, operating with the vision of leading Turkey’s digitalization, in line with its new generation retail approach, has reached its second anniversary.

Vodafone FLEX, announced with the motto “Choose, Choose, Buy”, offers customers budget-friendly deals, discount advantages and various payment facilities. With Vodafone FLEX, which includes more than 1,000 products in more than 10 categories, approximately 3 million technological products and after-sales service packages were offered to customers in the last year, while 20 thousand old devices were recycled with the aim of creating a green planet. At Vodafone FLEX, where various payment facilities are offered, the most preferred payment method in the last year has been the option to pay in 12 months in addition to the invoice. With FLEX, 10 million products and services will be offered to customers in the next 5 years.

Speaking at the Vodafone FLEX annual evaluation meeting, Vodafone Turkey Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board Meltem Bakiler Şahin said: “Vodafone FLEX, which constitutes an important pillar of our new generation retail approach, is a world of technology that offers a diverse product portfolio from many categories in line with the needs and demands of our customers. With Vodafone FLEX, which is implemented in many Vodafone countries including Turkey and is based on the principle of ‘Choose your product, choose your payment and receive it easily’, we provide our customers with budget-friendly opportunities, discount advantages and various payment facilities. With FLEX, we have brought approximately 3 million technological products and after-sales service packages from different brands to our customers in the last year. Our goal in the next 5 years is to deliver 10 million products to our customers and bring them to the innovative world of 5G. We continue our preparations for 5G technology, which is one of our focus points in the future, without slowing down. In order to facilitate the transition to 5G for our customers, we think that the installment limit of 12,000 TL should be removed for 5G devices. In this way, our customers will be able to easily purchase any 5G supported device with any payment method they want and benefit from the latest technology when 5G comes to our country. Together, we prepare our customers for the connection technology of the future with the speed and efficiency brought by 5G. Our goal is to ensure that our customers can access products that support new generation technologies with their existing budgets.”

RECYCLING 20 THOUSAND DEVICES IN ONE YEAR

Vodafone customers can use their old phones as a discount when purchasing a new device, if they bring their old phones to Vodafone. In this context, they can have a renewed phone with a 1-year warranty with discounts of up to 30 percent. Vodafone has recycled 20 thousand devices in the last year with the offers it offers for the collection of old phones. These devices were recycled and made a significant contribution to creating a greener planet.

With the support of artificial intelligence developed in the FLEX world, technological products from all categories that suit customers’ lifestyles are offered with personalized offers. In this context, in the Vodafone FLEX world, the rate of customers preferring personalized offers has reached 25% in the last year.

“16 THOUSAND SUBSTITUTE DEVICES WERE GIVEN”

Within the scope of after-sales services, which constitute an important part of the Vodafone FLEX world, customers are offered 4 separate packages for smartphones: Screen Saving Package, Digital Support, Extended Warranty and Full Protection. In addition, spare device service is also provided to ensure that customers can maintain sustainable communication in case of any malfunction within or outside warranty. While more than 300 thousand customers received after-sales service packages in the last year, uninterrupted communication was provided to customers by providing more than 16 thousand spare device services.
