6 months and 6 thousand km limitation for second-hand cars has been extended

When does the “6 months and 6 thousand km” limitation end?

With the amendment made this time, the phrase “1/1/2025” in the regulation was changed to “1/7/2025” and the following sentence was added to the end of the same paragraph: “The Ministry is authorized to extend this date for up to six months..” With the addition of this sentence, the deadline for the 6 months and 6 thousand km condition, which has been in our lives since 2022, has been determined. The Ministry of Commerce may extend the duration of this regulation for a maximum of 6 months. There will be no further extension beyond 6 months. On July 1, 2025 or with a 6-month postponement latest On January 1, 2026 The 6 months and 6 thousand km limitation will be completely abolished.
